The committee report concludes, "Your committee believe the works already commenced, should be continued and completed at the earliest period consistent with the ability of the State finances, and that the School established for the instruction of the deaf, dumb and blind, be liberally provided with the necessary funds to continue its usefulness and extend its benefits."
