Summary: | Government Ministers come and go, but civil servants are in the Ministry forever. Paul Eddington and Nigel Hawthorne return to the corridors of power in Antony Jay and Jonathan Lynn's political comedy for a third series. The Minister decides there should be more women occupying top jobs in the Civil Service, which raises some eyebrows at the Ministry - particularly those of Sir Humphrey.
