Alexander embarks on a journey across Iceland, traversing the full breadth of the country to discover more about Iceland's unique culture, wildlife and landscapes. He begins his Icelandic adventure in a helicopter, hovering just yards above the rim of an erupting and lethal volcano close to the capital of Reykjavik, before heading east to Iceland's Golden Circle, which is home to some of its most famous sights.
