Summary: | Government Ministers come and go, but civil servants are in the Ministry forever. Paul Eddington and Nigel Hawthorne return to the corridors of power in Antony Jay and Jonathan Lynn's political comedy for a third series. The Minister is in possession of some embarrassing information on the sale of British arms to Italian terrorists, and it takes all of Sir Humphrey's skill to convince him not to do anything foolish with it.
