King George and his ancestors parliamentary grants to the people of Ireland, fairly explained : for the manufacturing copper change therein, by virtue of the laws, grants and statutes of this kingdom, and by vertue [sic] of the grants as aforesaid, 40,000 £. of Parliament half-pence, are speedily to be manufactured for this nation.
