Summary:	Correspondence, memoranda, telegrams, press releases, clippings, reports, and articles documenting the NAACP's efforts to ensure equal access by African-Americans to the Freedom Train, a traveling exhibit of documents and artifacts celebrating American history. The association used the occasion to mount a public relations campaign ridiculing segregationist policies imposed on the exhibit by the laws in southern states, particulary in Alabama.
