With Sept. 24, 1884, most issues appearing on film called the "2nd ed." It has not been determined what "2nd ed." implies (i.e. if it is a 2nd print run of the "1st ed.", or a different version (e.g. City)).
With , most issues appearing on film are called "City ed." (some called "2nd ed."). It has not been determined whether issues prior to May 1890 are also the "City ed.", but unmarked as such. Enumeration is consistent across the dates.
