Windham, Sadler, Garnerin, Sowden, and Locker, in England; Crosbie and Maguire in Ireland; and Lunardi in Scotland. Also, the practice of aerostation; which explains the art of constructing, inflating, and navigating air balloons, and the uses they have been applied to, particularly that by which the French gained the battle of Fleurus.
