Summary:The Snader telescriptions are the very first music videos. Producer Lou Snader got the idea to make records for television and between 1950 and 1952, over 700 Snaders were made. They were presented on television much the way that music videos are shown today, with an on-camera disc jockey introducing the numbers then showing the "records for television".
