| Summary: | Presents a radio discussion of a centuries-old Albanian custom known as the gjakmarrja, or hakmarrja, where blood was avenged with blood. Thousands died over the centuries under this practice, until it was banned by the Stalinist dictator Enver Hoxha. But after the fall of communism, the custom of blood feuds began anew, leaving thousands dead and sending families into hiding.
